Vilnius - getting here

By air

The Vilnius International Airport is very close to the city. It takes about 15 minutes to get to/from the center. After arrival you have several possibilities how to reach the city. Buses no 1, 2, 15, 20, 23, and 47 will all take you to the town center. You might also choose a local minibus service or taxis that wait just outside the Arrival Terminal hall. By train - JSC (Lithuanian Railway) If you want to get to Vilnius by train, you will definitely get off the train at the Vilnius Railway Station, which is located at Gelezinkelio Stotis. Since the bus station is next to the railway station, it’s easy to continue your journey from there.

By car

If your choice of getting here is by car you will enter the city by some of the roads below. Coming from:

  • Kaunas–Klaipeda, E271 (A1)
  • Panevėžys, E272 (A2)
  • Minskas, P28 (A3)
  • Gardinas, P42 (A4)

By coach

When arriving by coach, you will end up in the middle of the conveyance hub. The coach station is just next to the railway station and here you also find the local taxis.
